I thought upon waking up the file (which wasn't released when I went to sleep) would be current (up to the picks that were taken when I went to sleep).

I got a trade "offer" from HA this morning so I'm on the wrong side of the bed already and want to have a firm grasp of expectations of how this draft is going to go.

jeff, who last i checked is the only guy with commish game access, needs to put the rosters in. He was gone all day and did the update late last night, early this am. I think he went right to bed after the update based on who has viewed the draft thread

This is one area where jeff and I are at opposite ends. I see no reason why when we sit here for hours between some picks we can't get many updates per day. Jeff is not of this mindset. In the past I've lost out big time. I thought that was going to change for this season when I read Sui's trade. Just trying to confirm is all so that I know what to expect.

I myself love them even if it's only 1 player. Maybe just the feeling of progress in that case but with even 3-4 players it bring 3-4 players into view on the draftee viewer window.

The only positions I see are 1) I don't care either way or 2) I like constant updates.

So when we got GMs chomping at the bit for something... anything ... to happen it's cool to throw us "a frickin' bone here".

First of all: I'm not saying that he should tune in when he isn't going to anyway. I'm just asking for clarification on what I thought you said earlier.

2nd of all: As I think I already stated pretty clearly the feeling of progress is at least something while I wait attentively.

3rd of all: I was relaxed. "Stupid shit" to one person is not to another (two 1sts for a RB anyone?). And I can figure out who's taken. I can also create flash cards to memorize and make my picks from out of the house relaying through a friend who knows nothing of football but I try to get the smoothest possible route, not the "you can manage" one.

4th of all: See you all Monday. :twisted:

I said it would be updated as regularly as possible. Just because he didn't do it tonight, when I started the draft early, when he got back from a long trip, does not mean anything has changed.
