Brian Adamov's new negotiation demands leave me thinking he's still got quite a bit of room to grow. He wants greater than 10 million per year. He went +6 with this latest stage.

Are things different in 2007 in regard to the first free agent stage? All I can remember is that it used to be that the first stage was just renegotiations...this one's for real right?

The first stage in 2K7 is for re-negotations ONLY.. do not make any offers for your UFAs or any other UFAs. Come to think of it, I don't think you can make any offers to UFAs in 2K7, while in 2K4 it was actually possible, though they weren't processed.
