last i checked, we were 2-0 vs. the Zeroes including a throbbing last season.

let me check here. We had better rushing and passing defense than you, and a better passing and rushing offense than you. Yes we are better than you

but for some reason you don't have our win/loss record, which means that you have "0" in the "balls" category.

        Opie Peterson for MVP

without franchise QB Peterson the Mules are a sub .500 team, plus Opie lead the Mules to 4 wins to close the season three of them while RB Fortune nursed his broken jaw.

        Victor Neri for ORoY

Neri had less targets than IWSHs Shipiro had catches, yet still had 5 td grabs. plus Victor was a capable KR/PR man putting up 1500ish all purpose yards on the season. Neri did not start at the beginning of the season, but by midseason Charles "Johnboy" Walton had to be benched to get VN more snaps. Good job rookie, now carry my shoulder pads into the locker room.

I'll tell you this much.. without Hernandez, Vermont wouldn't have started the season 5-0. He has, without a doubt, meant more to the Mountaineers than any other player this year.

LB Noel Daniels for DPOTY. He was dominant and my defense was dominant while he was in there. It's no surprise that my worst defensive weeks came without him. He finished 3rd in tackles despite missing a month and added 5 picks. I think when he was on the field he was the most dominating defensive player this season.

Freddie Swift has been an animal on defense. Just looking at his stats in the first playoff game should sway everyone on who is the DPotY.

Sammy should get at least mentioned in the OPotY. Most of his stats were comparable with Caro's with the exception of passnig yards. But he was over 4k. And I think he still leads the league in completion percentage. I'm at work, so I need to confirm.

I don't think there is any doubt that Shapiro is the Rookie of the year for offense. No rookie elevated his team better than Shapiro on either side of the ball.

Au Contraire - Victor Neri is most deserving of ORoY as he led the league in all purpose yards and set a Mule single season record for recieving yards while only starting the second half of the season.

You had me going until I saw he was in on 420 pass plays. And he had his average number of targets during the 3 games he didn't start. 13 games is over 3/4s.

Playoff performances should have no bearing on votes in my opinion.

It's a exclamation point. . . don't worry, I doubt Sammy will overtake Jay for the MVP even though Sammy was the better QB. . .
