When I traded Granger, and got Hamilton in year 2, that set me back a year, but I am still going to stand on my predication, however, I am not as sure about it has I was when I had the same QB scheduled to start the entire 3 years. However, with the addition of Connell, it will equalize the loss some.
I am still very confident that this is our year!

Actually that could be a good schedule. If you can at least split the first half of your schedule look at all the home games piled up at the end of the season. Could be a nice run.

I will guarantee....thats right, guarantee, that in year 3, Oakland will win the Championship. Put it in writing, quote me, whatever you have to do, we will dominate the league, starting year 3. Make a note of it, it will happen!

Ok, so it failed. Yuk it up Jeff and others but I still believe............

A. The injuries were unsurmountable. This is NOT an excuse, it's a fact.
B. Changing starting QB's to start a rookie last year, set me back. He needs another year.
C. I didn't really settle on a game plan untill the middle of this year. Now I know what I want to do, I can plan around that for the draft and training camp.
D. The wild card...........My defense was alot weaker then I thought. I will have to shore that up to have any realistic shot next year.

There ya have it. I may have failed this year, however I learned alot that I had no clue about at the beginning of this year. Watch out League, I will be back with a vengence next year!
