Well, I can make this statement because 1. I am a genius, and 2. I know Cringer won't fold this league like so many others I have seen, so I have time to build this team from the ground up. It would have been year 2, but the bum rush on QB's started 10 picks before I had a shot at any. Thats ok, it only set me back one year.

Thats true, however I can win without a decent QB, but with my starting lineup either in their first or second year of exp, I need them to develop before I have a serious shot at winning.

We will find out how much the cap will rise at the conclusion of the current season when a new TV deal is signed. And during the length of that deal (around six years) the cap raise will remain the same.
