Not alot of studly matchups on the week 9 card. I guess Vancouver/Texas and Vermont/Madison are the standout games.

Good game Reno, kind of. We both played less then spectacular, with tons of penalties. Reno had 9, and the Toads had 13! :angry: Hell, I think someone on the Toads wanted to see just how close to our own endzone we could get.....

Thankfully, a 13 yard Dixon run saved us and actually started a drive down to the Reno 24. After all that time and work though, Reno blocks the FG attempt and get the ball at the 42 yards line. They take advantage of it and get a TD.

Toads answer though, when on the kickoff return super special teamer Lawrence Wiggins returns the ball 79 yards to the Reno 10. I then get something I have not seen happen on my team for a long time. David Humphrey runs a draw up the middle and gets a 10 yard TD run. Very nice.

In the end it goes to overtime though, and two teams eating the clock meant that it took until 3 minutes left in OT before we get the score. A nice 40 yard pass play on 3rd and 1 seals up the game.

I wish i could find what the record for total offense in a game is. Anyone ever been involved in a thousand yarder that they can recall?

Strange, Brian Dixon rushes 26 times for 136 yards, and doesn't get on the players of the week list. He had more yards then any RB who made the list. Not sure I have ever seen that.
