After seeing Texas' gameplan, I guess that day by Sammy is BS. . .Doesn't take much of a QB to go long against a team in goalline D every down. . .

And now Beamers numbers look like shit because he was running against goalline all day. ..

This fucking sucks. . I've never actually been pissed about a win before. If I win the division by a game this year, I'll be really fuckin pissed

Not that it really matters, but I PM'd sjshaw seconds after I saw the numbers Sammy Matthews put up (around 10:45a). 8)

Sammy is capable of those numbers. . but slinging against a goalline D, just about any QB could have put up those numbers. . .

your not the only one who will be pissed. Actually I am sure you would have won anyway. I am hoping for another division race down to wire.

Shoot...and we might have even pulled out a win against Texas next week. Talk about bad timing ; )

Glad to see Humphrey's is doing well. Maybe we should have stuck with him a bit longer.

Getting back to this weeks games. Crap-a-roo indeed. Crespo may be on another team, but it sucks to see him go down for the year after only 2 games. Makes me wonder what the future holds for him. Hopefully he can get back on track to greatness next season.

I wouldn't say he set the league on fire, but he held down the fort I guess. I seem to have a high completion offense for most of the QBs I have plugged in over the years, so hard to say. I was real worried about his lack of timing messing that up but it didn't hurt too bad so far. Lawrence next week may be another story.

I dunno, you have a pretty good record against me.

Good ole' David Humphrey. Sometimes I do miss his scrambling ass. But then I remember he only won one playoff game in 4 tries.

Wow. This puts The Leash's 5 week injury in perspective real fast. Bad for Newark. Bad for the IFL to lose a player like this for the whole season.

Tough break, Matt. Hope you can regroup and rally around the rest of the team.

Unless the other two QBs go down again later in the year, he will hopefully never see the field in a playoff game for me. (And I mean I hope to have Given in for playoff games, not that I hope to miss the playoffs )
