ummmm, wow, seems like everyone on the Heroes is in a really giving mood, because i'm going down the list and EVERYONE (except one backup LB) is looking to renogotiate a lower contract. WOW. someone must have some dirt on Grady Gomez, cuz i just agreed to the 3 year deal he was asking for. Otey is looking for a decent deal, 3 years at roughly $37million (including a $11million bonus). trying to stretch it to 4 years so hopefully he agrees. other than that i'm liking how our finances are going.

with all these savings we actually had time to sit down with Colella and start throwing around some numbers.

Phantoms have a boatload of guys (all but Kley I think) willing to renegotiate to lower contracts. This is absolutely ridiculous! :evil:

my scout ranks Colella and Caro as the top two QB's in the league (both 83 overall). after seeing what jeff gave Caro (Colella is asking for roughly the same deal) i think i'll be keeping Colella for a while. Caro set the bar what a top QB should be paid, i don't want Colella to hold out on me. he's got two years left on his deal, i'm sorta tempted to give him the renogotiation next season.

Holy crap.
I have very little cap room comparatively.
And I need to sign A LOT of players.
May have to think about making some deals.

well this blows. I've got no one willing to take much of a pay cut. In fact [ifl]Andrew Robey[/ifl] who started 6 games and had 400yds rec, wants a huge contract including a $7mil signing bonus.

[ifl]Normand Sims[/ifl] looks like he wants a fair sized deal considering he was injured most of last year.I wonder if it would've been different had he remained on my team.
