I've laid out all of the info that you need to determine what opponents you will be facing in 2004. First look at the bottom of the sheet and see what divisions you will face. If you are in the AFC North you can look and see that you will be playing all four teams in each the AFC East and the NFC East. Then look where it says 'x opp' and see what two wildcard teams you play. You'll notice that these correspond to how you placed in your division. Cleveland won their division so they will be playing at Portland (AFC West) and home to St. Louis (AFC South). Wichita finished last in the AFC North so they will face the last place teams in the AFC West and AFC South, Fresno and Houston, respectively.
You will also notice that Jave has his work cut out for him. Besides dealing with an angry Pittsburgh owner in Hanover, he will be facing the toughest schedule in 2004 playing ten teams with a 2003 winning percentage over .500 and seven teams that made the 2003 playoffs. Go get 'em, Jave!
Enjoy!
