Well eventually I will take the next step... And may unseat Cringer. NOT...

Congrats on another division Cringer. Kinda sucks playing second fiddle (possibly third) to you again.

And of course I have to play my players next week.

Texas has Tulsa (I hold the tiebreaker if me and Texas end up tied)
Pittsburgh has Dakota (not sure who would win between me and Pitt if we tied)
Lawrence has Vermont (not sure who would win the between the winner of this game if we tied)
Orlando has Newark (if newark loses the Division, I lose the tiebreaker)
    GM Columbia Fire
    GM Georgia Generals
    GM Columbia Fire
    GM Norfolk Vipers
    GM Norfolk Fleet

Thanks Warhammer. That's exacly how I'd call it. You seemed to always convert key 3rd downs to keep the chains moving until the very end.

      ...

Tobias Stanfield now owns the IFL single season passing yardage record! If only my defense wasn't torn apart by injuries.

Crespo is doing his normal end of season thing for Matt, I see.

Week 17 is going to be another great one for the NFC!!

Anchorage wins 17-0 against Dakota. Emerson and Richarson go for more than 100 yards each. Steady defense led by Lundquist and Olson get the job done despite giving up some running yards...Again. Good game Spirit.

Now I have to decide if I wanna rest some of my starters next game against ALB or go full strength. Probably rest some of my starters so we can be full strentgh in the play-offs. Since we could be one-and-done if we lose a key player next game.

As for our injured O-Line, it's starting to get old really quick. I now have four starting linemen out and Caro is running for his life so much that he's got knee tendinitis. Good times.
Glad I could be an inspiration to someone finally. I think my big day running the ball against Pitt was kind of a fluke, but hey no biggy to me.

As for MrBiggs, I now have to decide if I screw him over more or not. My game against Columbia has little meaning to me except for that I would notlike to be swept by the Fire even if I am sitting players.

To sit the stars or not sit the stars? That is the question.

Kennedy has been sitting, so that is probably a given since he is still probable and playing him for stats is pointless since he has no shot at 1000 yards.

Right when all my CBs are healthy for once, I lose one again for 4 weeks. Not much room to wiggle with those guys.

Hard decisions at other positions though.
May as well not play your starters, it's not like you have a chance of beating CBA anyway. They own you, 4-7 overall with a likely sweep this year. If I were you, I would run away with my tail between my legs and just hope that you don't have to play CBA in the playoffs. You don't have a chance to knock them out of the playoffs in the regular season, anyway.

Blah. You knocked me out of the playoffs last year, would you have rather won the division title and I won that game? I would have.

edit: thanks though, and hopefully I don't see you my first game of the playoffs again.

Sorry I missed all the fun. I was coming back from Laughlin. Damn close game. We sure could have used the win. It looks like Hynes fell apart and threw 3 picks. Interestingly right after a nice fat contract. Hear is to a Crespo fumble

To add to our miserable loss. I find out how costly all 3 of Hynes' interceptions were. The first was a pass into the endzone, the second was on our own 13 and the third was on our 18 with seconds left in the game. I think that may be true signs of choking a game away. Where is Old Man Garcia when you need him?

FA acquisition Albert Stacey has had a nice impact at RT. 21 KRB's on the season.

Nice game Hawkster! As Biggs said, we pulled that one out of our ass. Irby did not play that well but made a few big plays. Special teams really came through for us today. Poole had a 70 yard kickoff return right before halftime that led to a FG. Then in overtime, Ramos took one to the house for 102 yards. We were quite lucky today but we'll take it.

We have to win next week in Lansing or Pitt has to lose for us to get in most likely. At least we control our own destiny which is nice. JUST WIN BABY!

If we don't make it to the dance we still had a good season. Better then i expected. We broke in two rookie starters in the secondary which is unheard of and they played some good ball. Our secondary has always been poor so we tried to address that area with the last draft. At least now we have a couple of guys (Benson and Ferguson) who can make some game changing plays. To have a chance at 10 wins and a division crown is real nice.

Maybe we could just sim the games today?

This week is going to kill me. I cannot wait until Sunday. It is going to be such a huge week. The NFC playoff picture is messy and 1 week's worth of games will clear it all up.

did anyone see the shitting i put on Lansing? wow. dropped 38 on those fools. my best offensive outing of the season yet (out of 3 games).

next week is a big game between portland and fresno - winner fights for the right for 3rd in the division. if i win it'd be a big thing, i would have taken my shitty last place team and improved them to 3rd best in the division.
