Mark it down...another loss late in the 4th quarter.

I think I need late gameplanning help

We win, but we're still on the outside looking in while sitting at 8-5.
Sante didn't play all that spectacular, and my OL wasn't pretty either. However, we did play WV so we won. If we want to make the playoffs we've got to make it work against 3 great teams in Vermont, Norfolk, and Orlando. 2 IB champs.

      I can only pray

Just noticed Lansing re-signed Scott Nelson to a new 5yr deal worth $24.22 mil. Congrats.

I wonder what this means to Todd Terrell?

1- The number of times Newark RB Crespo has been held to under 100 yards after week 8 of a season, in 3 years of his career.
hadn't realized this. I know we always play well the 2nd half, but I didn't realize how successful Alan was. The 1 game was against Vermont, where he rushed for 96 yards on 18 carries.

In the last 3 years we've gone a decent 15-6 in the last 8 games of each season

Yeah, he locked him up long term. It's an interesting move for sure.

I just didn't want to invest the kind of money that he wanted and felt like I had to move him. I would've loved to have kept him, but I just didn't think I could give him that much money to hand the ball off.

ok, i lost the game, didn't score any points either.

                  but...

i held the opposition to only 2 FGs. this suggests defensively the Heroes can hang, it's just a matter of tweaking the offensive gameplan. we lost a game where we owuld have only needed to have scored 1 TD to win, i'm fine with that. i had thrown a generic gameplan together for week 14, look for the Heroes to get on the scoreboard in week 15. this is how we roll.

The Beav will reveal the stench of defenses once again.

I swear one day I will have to trade for that guy, when Dixon is wearing out on me maybe.

Good god, that was a crazy comeback. 2 straight 4th down conversions during crunch time and then the FG to seal it.

                      I really miss Kelly Wheat....

I think it was yesterday I was looking at career leaders in certain areas. Colella is the all-time INT leader if I remember correctly.

Yes. You'd be correct. Rub it in, you tool. By a BROAD margin! Oy.

Now... Connell is having a fantastic season for this hodgepodge squad. But the time we gel, his contract will be up. And his big fat payday will be one I may not be able to or want to absorb....
