Sammy threw an int. His second of the year. 2 160 yard rushing games in a row and he is the top 3 rushers.

Going into a bye week at 8-1 sitting on the number 1 seed, I can't complain about anything this time.

what a joke. that game along with a lot of others makes me question why i even try to play this game. Every time the team tried to move the ball a horrid penalty killed them. combine that with swiss cheese on defense and whammo. This sucks.

We almost gave the game away with three straight turnovers to go from up 10-3 to down 13-10. Check out the starting field position:

That's right, our best starting field position was our own 20 until Orlando turned the ball over on downs. We just can't cause any turnovers, only one interception all season and we couldn't even get Mr. "cost-me-three-games-in-one-season-because-of-fumbles" Daugherty to cough it up.

The Pittsburgh Turf claims its third victim in 2 weeks, with my best WR Kelly Little somehow tearing an adductor muscle on an extra point try.

Is it just me or does it seem that big names are getting injured at an inordinate rate so far this season?

Damian - check
Stubblefield - check
Ferreira - check

So, all three of my key pickups from the offseason have been injured, and arguably my three top returning players are all missing significant time. That is not including Danny Scott either, who is big for us, but not a household name.

Stubblefield was out for 7 weeks last year. Looks like he is injury prone. Maybe I was fortunate he didn't re-sign with us.

I have had injuries, but the bigger ones have been to guys I have come expect it from. My CBs and TEs. They both seem to be trouble spots for me. RB Dixon is banged up right now, but thankfully it's just probable right now.

I do think every season has it's fair share of big names getting injured. I am not sure if this season is any different from seasons past. Maybe it's just more of the well known 'big name' guys, who get talked about more because their owners are more active.

Actually, the correct spelling is Pyrrhic, and basically means "a costly win"... the phrase comes from a Greek king who defeated the romans in a very messy battle where he lost a great portion of his army.
