So you're certain that Strength of Victory or Strength of Schedule won't need to be used in any possible tiebreakers?

You made a pretty strong statement. I'm not totally certain that those games are *totally* meaningless. Is it likely that the Vancouver-Reno game has no bearing? Yes. Do I know for sure? No. Do you know for sure? I doubt you've calculated every possible scenario. 8)

That and let everyone else know that there are scenarios where SOV and SOS need to be computed and if so, there usually isn't such a thing as a meaningless game.

That totally reminds me of that pic someone posted long time ago on the old board where candy hearts spelled out 'eat me' over some pretty pinkness.

I think they can still win the Division, im not sure. But they assured a wild card spot.

SLC can win the division with a victory. They would have a better record against common opponents..

I don't think they can win the division.

That is incorrect, my furry friend. A Columbia win and Little Rock loss would leave a tiebreaker that would need to be determined by common games. Columbia would have the better record against common opponents.
