Week 15 Discussion!

Good game Lawrence. I thought for sure you were winning this game. You dominated at the beginning and I thought I was done. I don't understand how this crappy QB I've got is playing this good .

Game of the week for our division. Orlando vs. Newark @ home. This is the biggest game of my IFL career.

No amount of gameplanning can force this team to a win. I just suck.

If it makes you feel any better (yeah right :P) you beat me in the battle to sign Conrad Deslisle.


As soon as I saw he wasn't on my team I kicked myself for having almost $7M in unspent cap and trying to sign him for his minimum asking price. If I wasn't such a cheap ass he might have helped stop QB Cropp from getting Player of the Game and I might still be in the play-off race.

BTW, WV is on top of this weeks power rankings which are done. Will the curse cost them home field advantage?

This weeks Power Rankings feature playoff scenarios, which are many. In fact, every single game next week has playoff implications. I say we just run next weeks games tonight, cause I can't wait.

and I see you are still picking on the NFC South the NFC East is the same, and the AFC South is worst. Not to mention the only thing that keeps the AFC North from being the sme is Cleveland....but oh well, I'll let you have your shots...

Good god, Wichita had their 3rd major QB injury against me. How do you lose 3 QBs in a season?

I opened up a quick 10 pt lead which I thought was pretty secure considering Newark was using a below average back-up QB and yet that same QB ends up playing damn good ball and even wins Player of the Game. Meanwhile Tobias "I throw at least one pick every 15 passes" Stanfield kept up his pathetic pace by handing the ball over at our own 14 yard line. Ay Carrrrumba!!!

In other news maybe Murfreesboro Mules' Milton Martin (say that 3 times fast) will get the attention I believe he's been due now that he's overtaken the league lead in INT's and also has a very respectable 11 passes defensed. I haven't heard his name much this season yet he's been near the top of each DB catagory for quite a while now.

You mean the soon to be franchised Milton Martin. There was some controversy during the draft as I referred to him as Martin Milton ha.

Mules got a lot of plowing too do, hopefully a DE falls in the draft :lol:

Where do I begin? Things just got REAL interesting.

I will just comment on the Mules-Toads battle right now I guess. Congrats Kobeck, I had a strong feeling I would lose this game, and I thought I would spend time for the first time in about 4-3 weeks working on a gameplan from scratch to try and prevent a loss here. Oh well. my rookie RB Brian Dixon had the worst game he has had this season. 2.6 ypc, 2 fumbles (1 returned for a TD) only thing that kept the ground game going was my FB.....

You seem to have gameplanning down now Kobeck, your team gets better in the season(s) to come, i think you could be a pretty damn powerful team. Great turn around after that 0-5 start.

Thanks for the kind words. You know that I struggling with that aspect, along with a ton of others, as I got the game on the eve of the IFL draft.

Anyhow I would consider myself a novice, as opposed to a beginner, with FOF2k4. But the IFL rocks and even when I have no time for solo play I make time, at least half an hour to an hour for the IFL.
