Cleveland and Houston I was stuck on. . .I took the best available that would help Cleveland, a QB. . and Houston I reached down and picked the best available DT. . .
I had to reach on Lawrence too, but a FL is one of their needs I think

Interesting pick for Hartford. I admit, I have been absolutely befuddled about my #9 pick. On one hand I can go the QB route, but Hickman is going to be the real deal, his potential has gone up since he was drafted. But, is he going to be a star QB in this league?
If he isn't who should I take at QB?
Now, WR is a spot that I would love to upgrade, but are any of the prospects there worthy of a top ten pick?
Do I begin the rebuilding of my DL? Or, do I pick up help for the secondary or the linebacking corps?
Should I continue rebuilding the OL? Or, should I shock everyone and take another RB?

WRs at #9 are a reach. . plenty of DL talent at that pointOriginally posted by WarhammerInteresting pick for Hartford. I admit, I have been absolutely befuddled about my #9 pick. QBs seem to be strong in this draft too. . . Peterson would be a solid pick
Reason I picked him for you is that he was really the best available that fit2005 AC North Division Champions

I'm 99% sure I'm going to take best available player at #5 regardless of team needs. I've got other picks in this draft to cover needs.Originally posted by roadrashI had to reach on Lawrence too, but a FL is one of their needs I think

Believe me I understand why you selected him for me. I have been trying to figure out what the heck I am going to do with my pick. I agree these WRs this year are not worth the high pick. I understand the QB, but I am debating sticking with Hickman at QB. So that leaves defensive help, which there is plenty of, but do I REALLY need that? Probably, but I need more offensive punch.Originally posted by roadrashWRs at #9 are a reach. . plenty of DL talent at that pointOriginally posted by WarhammerInteresting pick for Hartford. The problem with WR this year is that Sullivan is the only pick worth taking. There is a huge drop off after him. So if someone needs a WR they may need to reach. Hmm... both mock drafts have us choosing an OT, maybe someone is trying to tell me something. I would love to have a QB of the future. Rocco is in his 13th year.MIAMI VICE - 2074

Poor Young is feeling the pressure. Two mock drafts have me taking the OLB. We'll see what happens tomorrow

I disagree, I think there are some questions with Sullivan. Yes, he is good at receiving, but for how long? It looks like a stiff wind would knock him out for 6 weeks!Originally posted by ArgotThe problem with WR this year is that Sullivan is the only pick worth taking. There is a huge drop off after him.
