GG Cbatts, sacks and interceptions were the order of the day - plus a couple of early chunk plays for TD's

Gl the rest of the way

GG Howie. Very misleading scoreboard, we basically spent our luck in one game as we keep playing abysmal football.

        GL going forward

          That game was wild!

gg HailToSkins. We tooled up to stop the run, so second half you came out and passed us to death. Our LT went down hurt in week 1 so we had to start the rookie and I think it showed as Marsh had a sloppy game and a lot of incomplete passes due to the pressures you were able to generate. Nicely done!

Good game San Antonio. The wily vets Matunda and Carr kept you in it. I never start the year off well and needed to avoid going 0-2. The run game clicked and pass game followed after an early interception. I think my guys just sensed they needed this game more than yours. Hard to believe, when Matunda was drafted, I totally thought I had a shot at him, picking at 4, but no snatched up at 2 and I got the other receiver in that draft Ostrowski who has been serviceable, but whose main accolade was being the trade piece that got me WR Rick Clayton.

No offense but hope I don't play you again this year.......good luck going forward.

Well done Mellman. Duane Greene is a straightup problem. I had this game circled as a measuring stick game and I wish we would have performed better in the first half. Congrats on the W and good luck the rest of the way.
