There are volatility gain/losses in every draft. Based on the player tracker results, my scout sees a substantial 19 rookies with a +5 gain. There were also huge gains (DE Greene +22, CB Bullock +16).
Besides, the scout accuracy setting has no effect on volatility. That only impacts how scouts view the class before the draft.IFL Champions: 2031-2032, 2035, 2040, 2044
