GG Sabean, that is the stuff that tough divisional matchups are made of. You outgained us but really hurt us in the YPP. I did worry that it might be a 1 score game to decide it after I made it all the way down to your 2 yard line, then got backed up on consecutive holding calls to your 22 yard line - didn't convert a third down and then had a field goal blocked lol. We managed to come out with a victory - homefield advantage might have seen us over the line here - I look forward to week 15! GL until then

GG Bylanta. Obviously I didn't expect much out of this one, but given relative form and experience I think it could have gone a lot worse and the score was basically close enough until that interception at the start of the 4th.

Our offense managed to score it's regular c.20 points which is pretty consistent since I ripped up the game plan in w5 vs Madison, but it's limited by the fact that Bohman can't hit the medium routes reliably any more. I can get some OK YAC out of the short passing stuff, but it's not reliable enough for 3rd down situations, and the running game isn't carrying its fair share of the load. Blackburn isn't good enough to be the feature back it seems - or at least I don't know how to get good production out of him.

Meanwhile the defense is a disgrace to the good name of the IFL although I did note I kept you quite well below your average per carry even if I wouldn't exactly claim that Mullaney had a quiet game... small victory there !

Anyway, according to the only metric which matters I'm now the worst team in the IFL and I have a bye week to decide whether I should just start rookies going forwards. Pretty sure I'll keep starting Bohman though. After a really awful start he is playing quite well within a limited frame and remains the best shot I have at winning a few games in the second half of the season.

GL, and don't expect the same Def GP In week 15

        GG TheseBoots,

That absolutely was a close game, you took the lead into halftime. If we didn't pressure the qb, it was YAC city. I had 25 YAC, you had 146!!

You also managed to knock my qb out for a few weeks, which SLC may be thanking you for in our next matchup.

See you in again week 15, good luck til then

Sheesh, I don't know where this offense and defense was in the first couple of games. I guess we had guys in the wrong spots. Cornish finally had him a game with 324 yds passing and 4 tds and no picks finally. Plus our defense had 9 sacks against IWC. I think we're finally back to competing on the national stage now lol (hopefully that is)

            GG MarshallDavout,

Greer decided he'd run and fumble every drop backs. He has to get out of the way so the whole team can play better.

GG Mellman, That was indeed a crazy game. Of course my pc crapped out the week I was playing you so no gameplan tweaks. However, we played well except for our turnover problem, which is a theme this year. Don't think gameplan tweaks would stop those. I need to do a deeper dive and get the INTs down, yikes. GG, knew it was gonna be tough chasing you here.
