Week 12 Discussion

One thing with this game is that a seemingly scrub RB can play really good (not become great) with just a few key categories with red bars and a nice line to run behind. I call it the Denver Broncos rushing scheme.

Great game Vermont. I wasn't giving myself much of a chance, and following the game log, I thought we were done after missing 2 FG's and blowing the lead, but Caro rallied us in the 2 minute drill for the game winning FG, which we nailed.

4 game lead with 5 to play. Much happiness in Portland this weekend.

Yeah, you can do good with certian backs even though they are rated low. That was why Hirst was a good backup for me. I don't remember why I didn't try to get him back, maybe I did and just didn't offer enough.....

And I guess you probably do have that division wrapped up (not to jinx you). Congrats on exceeding expectations. 5 wins in your last 6 is a nice run.

I'm really sorry Mules (serious) I didn't mean to go so big, but I needed to make sure I won because of that game against Columbia on Monday. I had to make sure it wasn't a tight one. :cry:

Mules have given up more. Mules have scored less. Too bad it was a home game though. :lol:

-2 in TO to retake the lead, I'm guessing, at like -14 or something.

10 of the 33 come off TO's - really nothing to be apologetic for at all. Mules problems are their own. Missed a FG, had a pick and fumbeled the ball away the last tow posessions.

Looks like we're in rebuilding yr this year since we seem to SUCK in all games. Oh well at least we'll hopefully not blow in next yrs draft...

I have to say this game gets a whole lot more interesting when you're actually in contention. Can todd terrell get some props here? No he's not being asked to win the games single handedly, but he sure as hell isnt losing them. Think Ben Roethlisberger. There was a lot of pressure on Webb to deliver after passing on Crespo, and damn did he come through. Ahh, IFL, how i love thee.
