Well that would be good news considering we play you next week. We are the ugliest 2-0 team out there. 13-10 win over Cleveland. A touchdown off of a turnover on Cleveland's side of the field, and Cleveland missed two field goals. Carmack was held to 27 yards on 13 carries with Andrews getting the ball a bit more (22 yards on 6 carries). TE Alverez bailed us out a couple of times, but Hooten still had only 179 yards passing and went an abyssmal 17 for 31. A TON of false starts and illegal shifts too. Cleveland owned us in time of possession and yards. But in the end Hooten drove the length of the field and Lee hit the game winner from 45 yards out with 12 seconds left on the clock. Defense had 1 sack, 1 forced fumble, no interceptions, and the free safety led the team in tackles. Sheesh, good thing the rest of the division has given us a head start.

Top story on the Sports Page is updated, I will get the rest updated in the morning or late tonight.

Also, look for our new frontpage/sportspage site to be up tomorrow at the earliest. Probably next week though, since I want to get used to the new set up before I slap it up for everyone else to see...

Actually, I don't think I made any predictions about the division being up to its normal standards this year. I think the AC West is going to be the best division this year.

I know I said differently publicly, I had some misgivings about how we would play this year. Our year for a Bowl run was last year, which is why I was so ticked we got hit with the food poisoning. If we drop another game or two, don't be surprised if this team gets blown up, and we start over.

Newark wins their first game of the season. Crespo almost gaines a 100yds and has a rec. TD called back. Scott Nelson only threw 2 INTs this game. He tried his hardest to give it away. For a guy who has a high "avoid INT" rating, he sure throws a lot.
Tulsa is on the radar this week. Good luck!

Nice to see Chaplin having some success. He just needed a running game to support him. He's always making plays with his arm and feet. Hopefully you'll be able to live with his spurts of INT's. What's going on with Jones? He'd have 6 sacks if he was playing on my team

The in-game power rankings are a fucking joke.

Two areas I thought would be good for my team were running the ball and getting pressure on the QB, and I can't do either and it is really perplexing me. By the end of the season last year I was starting linemen I found in local rec leagues, and they were getting better ypc results.

Mules lost TO battle 5-0, yep -5 in TO's.

Reno was 4 for 4 with Bombs to ice it. Ammazingly it was still a game till the 4th quarter.

On the plus side the Mules had their second 100 yard rusher EVER, but he fumbled twice

Back to winning with a solid performance against Madison. He really came after Granger with 4 sacks in the 1st Quarter.

We are ready in spirit. I am not looking forward to your air attack. But that is why I drafted a CB early. It will be fun one way or the other. The Pirates are ready to go 3-0 and 3-1 in our series against each other. Let the blood flow in this one!!!
What would the 3-0 represent? I'm 1-1 at home, 0-1 away. 1-1 in regular season games, 0-1 playoffs.
                                :?
The 3-0 would be my record after I beat you. The 3-1 would be my all time record against you. However, I believe I just jinxed myself.
