My limited experience with FOF8 is that the rookie reveal stage has little meaning. I feel like I don't have an idea about what I have until at least after TC. But I do admit that it's always exciting to get that first look!

Yes and no. I think the initial look gives pretty good idea of how good/bad a player will be. The better the scouting attribute your coaches have the better idea you'll get.

I sign/ approach players from stage from the first to the last stage. It just depends. In my short time I have had too many UD players make huge contribution, so those stages are just as important to me. I do not mind moving up the schedule, but I would not be in favor of truncating them.

The pick times give people more time to trade. I would be all for eliminating the off-hours though. With the different time zones and global appear of FOF, it might not be needed. Maybe increase the times a little for the later rounds. I've seen at least 1 league extending the off-hours. I'd say do the opposite.

That is strange.... On one hand they want people to make pick quickly, then on the other hand they stop the draft so that people can take more time.

When someone uses "-" between umber this generally implies all together. or all encompassing. So, my comment was more general than specific to your request. In other words, i am against combining stages into one in principle. If this is not what you meant, then no worries. My opinion is still the same on that point.

Well I am suggesting combining 8-12 but UDFA aren't available to sign until FA II stage 1. Hopefully that makes sense

I guess I wasn't clear enough.... I am not in favor of combining any stage for any reasons at any point. The only exception would be exhibition games where you either play or do not play. Outside of that, I am totally against combing any sims.

You do realize your time doesn't go back to max once you missed picks previously? Your time is reduced, because of what happened earlier in the draft.
