    lol.

Pretty funny because I was just about to start this thread and talk about how I think I am going to lose to Albuquerque. I knew this team was going to be damn good down the road, but it looks like they have reached that point almost. All hawkster needs there now is a QB and he is going to be kicking some ass for a coulpe seasons....

Yeah, a QB would be nice, but Humphrey isn't terrible. We'll see where things go now that I'm getting a better feel for this team. They're young and I should have the same set of starters next season.

Hmmm, disappointing. Looks like up to 4 teams will not have exports in. I need to look at my PM's but I am pretty sure only 1 or 2 said they were missing this week.

                :sigh:

Matadors get a FG as time runs out to send the game into OT. Then we go the whole OT with no one scoring. 12 second left in OT, 12 seconds left from atleast a tie, and the Matadors get a 49 yard FG to win the game. That is crazy.

Congrats hawkster, looks like you got yourself into first place now too.

What I don't understand is why Dixon barely carried the ball. Hirst had just as many carries. Should not have been that way. Also, Woods being out sure hurt my run defense, ouch.

Columbia played ass football today. The good news.. we played winning ass football.

                  2004 NFC South Champs

Now it's time to see how the rest of the conference fared.

Imperial Bowl 2 was more of the same. Sorry Cleveland but we have a QB now. Great way to start a game with a 100 yard kickoff return. We have now clenched the division with a game left, unless a loss to Newark and Burlington winning would put them in the drivers seat? I am not sure on that one.
Back to Cleveland, you guys had over a 100 more yards and total clock management but the score went in our favor. Weird stat outcome but nevertheless I am glad our pride is intact. Playoffs here we come!!!

I made a ton of mistakes in that game, blocked punt, 2 turnovers, etc... But my defense played a hell of game. If you take away that blocked punt, you'd have gotten nowhere near the endzone. Your punter is ridiculous, but your coach is a pussy, three or four times you punted from inside the 40. I know it was raining and all, but my guy made 2 of 3 from 49 or longer. I feel bad helping Sov succeed, but I needed this game big time.

You didn't help me out at all.. that is unless you are talking about the romping that Cartagena and company put on your team earlier this year. 31-6

Orlando SHOULD have the division wrapped up because of the common games tiebreaker. At worst, you will end up with a 9-5 common game mark, while Burlington at best can only get to 8-6.
