    How can Wesley May be released by Vermont and resigned in the same sim?

      It looks like Slim released him. That put Vermont at too few QBs for the game. The game auto-signs the best player at their minimum salary to fill a roster. Could this be exploited? Sure. While not technically against the rules, I would think he would be released and another QB signed. With Vermont's post about trading everyone off, I don't think he was trying to save cap room this year. But it is something to be aware of in the future for all teams/owners.

          it's not like he doesn't have the cap room to sign someone either. over $28 mil available. why would you drop him in the first place leaving you with only 2 QBs on the roster?

              Isn't there something in the game to make a release conditional on signing a player at that position? I think there is.
