  • 2032 Week #12 Discussion

Week 12 is coming up! With only 5 weeks remaining some teams are trying to figure out who to rest for the playoffs while others are trying to figure out who to resign and what positions to draft in the off-season! Good Luck to everyone but Tulsa

Guys I think he forgot about us or he got hammered during Halloween and is recovering from a massive hangover. I hope it is the second one!

Another good game another time Montemayor gets it done. Our Opponent had a specific goal on defense and while it was some what effective our team still did what it wanted to do and picked up the W.

Holy fucking hell, what is going on? Hanks gets the ball 8 times!?!?! 8! That is not my gameplan... not at all. 7 of our first 8 drives are 3 and outs. Barrett throws a pick 6. This was against one of the worst defenses in the league! This offense started the season scoring 39, 34, 38... 0 today. Wow.

Then there is the special teams. Idiot punt returner fumbles 3 times... in one game... Guess who is going to be cleaning out his locker.

The defense really wasn't all that bad. It's just that the offense was such a shitstorm they were on the field all day. We got pressure on Lester all day, and played good pass defense holding him to a 60 QB rating. They did allow a 65 yard run, but otherwise played okay against the run. I was gameplanning heavily to stop the pass.

Then there's the penalties. Texas had 11 for 77 yards. That's not a good day obviously. Well, we had 19 penalties for 158 yards! That has to be a record.

GG Texas. Sorry for the rant, but I have had a rough go of it in pretty much all my MP leagues recently. In the CFL I was up 6 with about 10 seconds left in regulation, and then because of an onside kick recovered and then a 60 yard hail mary bomb on the last play I lose by 1. And here in the IFL I am on a 3 game losing streak losing two close ones, and then this turd gets dropped this week.

                  GG Mike,

Our team must have thought it was Christmas (instead of Halloween) since we were in the spirit of giving. Hard to win a road game with so many turnovers.

                  Congrats on your victory..

I didn't think it was possible, but Hearon is doing even better this year than 2029 and 2030. Singleton's rushing record of 2258 yards is definitely in jeopardy. 6.29 average with that many rushes is just insane! 100+ yards in 10 of his 11 games.

Edit: I will make a plug for my RB Teeter who is currently tied with Hearon with a league-leading 18 total TDs.

Lucky win for sure. I do have a solid defense, but with all the turnovers I tied the game with a FG in the last seconds to put the game in OT.
One of these days we will be winning instead of rebuilding.

Don't talk about it or you will jinx it!!

Hey he can catch too. Never had a rb like him in MP before. He is a blast to have on the team. Drafting him marked the beginning of our turn around.
