This looks Great to me! Is there or has there been any discussion about shortening the first and second round of the draft? 4 hours is kind of long when everyone doesn't set there list. I know we are a few weeks away just wanted to bring it up! Thanks Hoop!

I think the thing to consider is that we have 10 days to do the draft, so decreasing times allows you to finish the draft quicker perhaps, but means absolutely nothing to speed up the schedule. might as well leave it as it is.
typically, we the current times, we finish the draft in 4 or 5 days anyway. so speeding up to 3 or 4 is almost pointless IMO.

can I ask about the logistics of setting a list up? I saw mention of a draft utility in another post, but I am unclear what it refers to.
