TE Kroeger is up for trade for a LB of equal ratings. I can resign him for a 4 year contract at 17m. I don't have a problem keeping him but I need help on the defensive side. I might also consider a DE or Safety. Also, can someone tell me how you get a QB to throw to a TE. LOL

I think it has to do with pass distance. And it helps if your WRs are double-teamed I'd think. Double TE formations would increase your chances of throwing to *a* TE but I assume you mean targeting a specific single TE.
