Haha, I'm doing a McKenzie. Gotta make it my team. If I just sit back and play it safe and win, it wouldn't be mine. It would be Jeffery's team. I ain't gonna pull a "Gruden", stroll into town, win a championship and act as if I deserve the credit. I will win or lose based on what I have done
Gruden strolled into town, won a Championship against the team he built/coached the previous multiple seasons... pretty impressive... no slight to Dungy.

I get your point very well Jave and I understand why you do it, but as a Bucs fan I disagree with your example. We wouldn't have a Lombardi in Tampa without him.
Don't get me wrong, I know he was terribly overrated as a so called offensive guru, and that he won in big part with Monte Kiffin's defense, but Gruden did what Dungy wasn't able to do all those years and it's winning in the playoffs.
There's no reason to think Dungy would've won with this team.

I used to think that to, however look at his record after that year. If I was to be fair I'd say he is a significantly better game caller then team builder. He never again was able to make it deep into the playoffs, and was wildly inconsistent.
Jave has had more moves in him then Michael Jackson did when he was alive.
