  • NORFOLK's "4th of July" SALE

I have been so frustrated with this team for several seasons now. This is the first time my mood is so bad that I am blowing up the team for a new direction.

This is the time to get your player ... only the third week of the season and if a trade is made before Tuesday, he can play for you in the next game as a part of your game plan.

I am looking for draft picks or young prospects and am willing to discuss all options. Make an offer or express interest to begin talks and I will look at your team's roster for a potential match that would work for both teams.

Now on the market ... if you see any one else on the roster that may be of interest, just inquire.
    ----------------------------------------------
    Wide receivers ...

:!: TRADED TO LANSING: Darryl Logan, the 6th best rated wideout at 68/68, in his prime at seven years, great contract (I will be eating $12.5 MIL in bonus).

Martin King, a capable 3rd or 4th receiver at 44/44, 7 year vet.

Kim Newton, a third down marvel at 43/43, 11 year vet.

:!: TRADED TO FRESNO: Mo Bauer 8 yr vet, 53-53, trade initiated via inquiry from Fresno Front Office

    -------------------------------------------------

    DTs

:!: TRADED TO LOS ANGELES: Damon Ellard, 3rd best rated DT in league currently playing at the nose 78/78, in his prime at seven years, great contract for position (I will be eating $16.4 MIL in bonus)

Marcus Barker, a good backup DT at 44/44, young with 4 years under his belt.
    --------------------------------------------------

    LB

Bryan Eddleman, can play at any slot and rated 64/64, a eight year vet. (DISCLOSURE: injured and out for two weeks)

    -----------------------------------------------------

NEW ADDS After trading Logan, the rebuild is officially on ... so here are some more opportuities.

ANY OFFENSIVE LINEMAN except for C Hanks or T Shultz

QB Jon Cavazos ... 14 year vet who still has it. Not looking for the world with this one because of his age.

          update ...

sim is tonight ... so if you want a player to start in Sunday's game, time is running short.

There is a tentative deal for Eddleman. Back up offers still accepted.

The Blue Light "special" for today is Damon Ellard. First person to post a first and second (any years of your choice) in the trade block will be confirmed.

I will be away for a few hours but should be back i time to fianlize before the sim.

Thanks to all who have expressed interest in this block!

              Logan trade has been processed.

LA and Fresno: Ellard and Bauer have been set to inactive for Sunday's games to prevent any untoward injury.
