lost Snap Chapman, big loss but a strategic decision.
lost angry ST Gunner LB Bridges. No way to retain him, and despite his ST prowess LB is crowded in Fresno

resigned disgruntled QB Lara
signed red flag RB Caldwell. basically insurance
signed WR Lester and WR Cheuse. Marginal depth but still an upgrade in Fresno
signed FB Givgore, FB Derubeis (Derubis released prior to TC) and FB Korhonen
signed P Eastman
signed LB Harrell and LB Holliday. Both likley to stick


Traded 1.22 to Cleveland who used it too move up. Ultimatly Chicago grabbed TE Hoffman with the pick.

Traded 2.21 to Chicago who selected T Lincoln

Traded 4.22 to Chicago who selected DT Blake

Traded DE Edwards and FB Korhonen to the Mules

defianatly got older, but also hopefully vastly improved the WR and LB situation. WRs had eluded Fresno in the draft and LB had kinda been put on the backburner. Hurts to see Chapman go but retaining him came down to Chapman and the status quoe or letting him leave and making some moves to improve other areas.

Talent wise, assuming no TC disasters, this is probably the best Fresno team ever. Comming off the most successful season ever - OK tied and no POs but still.

Right now I am pretty excited about the Warthogs.
