Houston debating on being sellers

Seeing as a I have a relatively young team, i'm tossing around the idea of getting rid of some older guys so they can have success somewhere else.

I'd like to see what I could get for the guys on my team years 8+, this includes such names as..



QB - Richard 62/62 (looking for a future 3rd-4th)
OLB - Duncan 74/74 (looking for a future 1st)
FS - Surdyk 46/46 (looking for a future 4th-6th)
TE - Fields 51/51 (looking for a future 4th-5th)

Also, going to test the waters with Duncan to see what type of interest there is.
