C Lazaro Venegas: great center to put your O-line.
SS Herman Almeida: is good for one more season, so I won't ask for much. but fuck, he can play.
CB Bruner: this guy has been one of the featured players on the Heroes D since Day 1. might as well trade him one year too early than try to move him one year too late. I'd like high round picks for him, in the 1st or 2nd range.
DT Stewart Lundquist: Heroes got extremely lucky that he was able to retain his ratings after his season-ending injury last season. we're looking to go in a different direction this season so we won't be needing his services. he may be just what the doctor ordered if you think your defense is one player away and you have a small window to compete next year.
