I have an abundance of pure pass rushers at DE and he is in the way of my new front 7 leader becoming the leader.
A 4th would get him.

Hasn't quite played up to his bars yet and I drafted a pretty good looking CB last year to play opposite of Rautalahti, just not enough room for O'Neal to play a significant role.
A 3rd would probably get him.

If I trade Lesky I am going to keep Ficken. I finally figured out how use Ficken last year, but I am in need of cap space.
At least a high 2nd.

I have a bunch of TEs. He would be a great group 5 leader, 99 leadership and 86 personality.
I'd take a late round pick for him.
