How does one even get into this cap situation? It's like a whole 'nother top tier Free Agency market.

This is my second season as GM. I took over the team a few stages into FA and this is what I inherited. Not going to gripe, tried winning last season with what I had which was pretty solid however my QB leaves a lot to be desired with his ability to hit other teams in the hands with the football. Bless his little heart. With that ungodly negative cap I just figured it was time to just rebuild. This team has/had quite a few very good players but without a QB you just can not win.

Oh yeah no worries, jus' 'splainin' myself. I really thought if I went short passing last season to reduce Rivera's INTs that I had a chance for the playoffs. Really did. Oh well. So my trade helped quite a bit. Still pondering how to proceed.
