It looks like the conscriptor and FOF7 have 31 & 32 swapped. Which is right?

I need this answer asap. We can leave it in the conscriptor, but if I don't switch them in game it'll put the wrong player on the wrong team when I import the draft, right?

somehow the draft order in conscriptor shows GEO with the last pick and in game it shows lansing.
