i was tempted to throw the whole kitchen sink into an offer for him. I don't think I had the kind of firepower as the 1.2 pick to throw at Beez to get the guy, though. But I kind of want to see how QBs preform with the patch before I made that kind of plunge, too.

The 1.2, and a 1st rounder next year. The hope on my end, is that St.Louis has another bad season.
With Harding, I didn't have any use for a young, developing QB. We won three in a row at the end of last season, so hopefully that's a sign of things to come.
Curious move. Hey if Harris is available, let me know
I assume Georgia is taking advantage of the patch and trying to defense first type of approach now?
I was planning this before the patch. I won my last 3 games last year with Renaldo Franklin this past year. I traded for Harding from West Virginia. I figured with Harding I might be able to improve a lot this year, and he's still rather young.

yeah, I don't blame you for trading him. You got a good deal and if he works out for Suicane, he got a good deal too. I was basically just commenting on QBs in general post 6.3 patch, and not on the trade itself. I'm finding that QBs seem to mean less and the rest of the team means more. But I haven't run enough seasons in my dummy multiplayer league to know for sure. I've run 5 test seasons pre-patch and 5 post-patch and find my QB threw an average of 36 TDs and 6 or so INTs before the patch and now he throws 22 TDs and 22 INTs post-patch.
This is with my default offense I use in this league as well as others. So it just might be that my offense doesn't work anymore, so I'll have to figure out another way to extend my IFL dominance.
this is why I will never be much better than average - man I just don't have it in me to do those things and that is the stuff that seperates franchises.
So you are saying that an above average gameplanner with an 6:1 TD to INT ratio drops all the way down to 1:1 now. WOW I feel for the bad gameplanners who don't do these tests - like myself lol

just great, I'm bracing for my QB who threw 22 INTs last year to go over the 40 mark now! (except that I haven't signed him yet)
