I disagree with the statement about the NFL. Look at the top 3 teams. Indy, NE and Dallas. Stud QBS. green bay 4-0 with a revitalized Favre.
Yes I know there are exceptions. But on the whole a QB makes a huge difference.

agreed. Much better to have the guy who touches the ball every play be high caliber. Ratbirds won SB with Dilfer, but then he was cut the next year cause they felt it was their best chance to repeat. So winning is possible with a bad QB, but it is the hard way to do it.
