a ton of RL trades happen within divisions because the FOs are familiar with the opponents players.

Also the Mules and Cardinals have had a draft day trade every season and it has not seemed to affect the Cardinals in a bad way - lol

Also a look at the Mule Trading thread will make my intentions obvious to anyone. Mules HAVE to drop 12m in CAP by FA1 so any value that can be had is a positive for the Mule FO and the team that trades for the Mules talent does NOT have to compete on the open market for that talent. Now the Mules get one shot at renegotiating some contracts and possibly everyone on the Mule list will not HAVE to be traded so trading now could be the only chance to get the talent from the Mule list.

And as far as FB Spraggins goes the Mules could not afford to Franchise and keep anyone this year, FB Spraggins had issues with FB Mendez, and FB Spraggins is probably the only Mule worthy of a franchise tag at all this year so a tag and trade makes sense - at least from a Mule perspective.

Yikes, not that bad. I'm a huge Sox fan and couldn't even imagine a trade between those two, but trading Bledsoe to the Bills didn't bother me so much. Maybe because of the whole Brady thing, but still didn't bother me nearly as bad as a Yankees-Sox trade would...yuck.
