    Bobbi's Blitz Report Week 8

Vancouver and Salt Lake City both came to play last week and it was a treat for IFL fans to see such good football. I hope that rivalry remains as fierce over the next 3-4 seasons.

    Gentlemen, the games:

    Wichita at Cleveland

Vegas point spread: Wichita by 3

Bobbi's Left Boobie Pick: Cleveland by 7

    Why?:

QB play gives the advantage to Wichita but road games are hard on teams with signal callers who have issues reading defenses. 10 ints against 11 TDs and a 75.3 QB rating is not going to get it done against a team that can run smash mouth and force you to beat them with limited chances on offense. On the other hand, Cleveland is the one team that hasn't deviated from it's pound the rock mentality and Wichita COULD causes them problems if they don't commit the critical turnover. I just see Wichita not being good enough to get to 6-1.

    PreDICKtion:

    Cleveland 14 Wichita 7

Claws run it well, Outlaws get mugged.

    ------------------

    Columbia at Tulsa

Vegas point spread: Tulsa by 2

Bobbi's Right Boobie Pick: Tulsa by 14

    Why?:

The Fire suffered back-to-back losses to SLC and Reno, and Tulsa got stiffed by Reno and Texas. Tulsa's attack just looks like it'll be too much for Morris' Fire to handle. Both SLC and Reno beat them with a balanced attack and sound defense. Since Columbia can't run the ball they can't keep the other team off the field and that's not good as Tulsa is clearly a better team than SLC and Reno.

    PreDICKtion:

    Tulsa 38 Columbia 13

Julian Cartagena is being missed badly here and you'd think the Fire would have turned to RB Feliciano by now esp. with Morris throwing 4 ints vs. 0 TDs in two weeks.

    --------------------

    Madison at Orlando

Vegas point spread: Pirates by 3

Bobbi's Coochie Call: Madison by 7

    Why?:

The Coochie is on a roll and so are the defending champs. They don't do it pretty but they do it (and do me well)
Problem is that someone is going to forget to tell Madison to lay down this week.

    PreDICKtion:

    Madison 20 – Orlando 13:

Johnie Loving is playing to get to the big dance and HE WON'T but this week will make the kool-aid drinkers in Madision believe he can

    See you guys next week!

    Good read as usual.

About the QB poll though, not sure why Given is in there but hey, he will take the recognition. There are a couple other young QB's though that should end up better the Given I think, depending on their supporting cast.

Oh and I took Sanders, based on stats alone and not really his ratings.
