Another offensive record, another Tulsa record breaker. This time it was WR Chris Andrews. And the record is the receiving yards record. Andrews needed 10 yards to set the record against Salt Lake City. He got the record on a 7 yard out pattern in the 1st quarter.
The game was stopped at that point and the ball was given to Andrews. The home crowd gave Andrews a 5 minute standing ovation. On hand were the other Tulsa record breakers to celebrate the moment with Andrews. Matt Sanford, Ken Singleton and Ken Albriktsen were on the sideline and welcomed Andrews into the record books.
