I passed on Kovacs twice at the end of round 1. I thought he was very overrated.

That's what Hoosier said too after running him through the Stelmack Sorcery Stuff. He's got 4 out of 5 combines in blue so you guys know something I don't if he drops. I thought he'd be 60-65 OVR.
Broad Jump is just for KR/PR on DBs, right?

I just pile on here. I also didn't like CB Kovacs. I didn't scout him but looked overrated to me. Given that you see him as 45/59 and I see him as 44/58 that immediately sends up red flags for me. Pretty likely he'll drop at TC. Probably not much but a little would be my guess.

2.2 Carl Kovacs, CB Pre-Camp: 45/59, Post-Camp: 50/57 (+5/-2)
2.20 Phil Eikanger, LDE Pre-Camp: 39/72, Post-Camp: 44/70 (+5/-2)
5.31 Kurt Atherton, LDT Pre-Camp: 25/51 Post-Camp: 31/51 (+6/0)
Training Camp wasn't as harsh as I'd expected it to be. Star QB Roderick Amos dropped (-4/-4) to 70 OVR and star LT Derek Rezac dropped (-5/-5) to also end up at 70 OVR but some of our other veterans held their skill levels just fine.
And we received a nice surprise from one of our sophomores...
2nd Year, CB, Bernard Weisz Pre-Camp: 37/57, Post-Camp: 46/63 (+9/+6), Bernard was selected with the 3.23 pick last season and is now up to a potential 63 OVR with bars in the right spots for me.

Kovacs jumps out of the gate at 54/57 after week 1.
Eikanger nabs a sack, block, and hurry for a 9.1 pass rush %.
New guys are looking good... team is not.

After 5 weeks the top 2 look as follows:
Phil Eikanger, DE (2.20, 53/70): 3 Sacks, 12 Tackles, 4 Blocked Passes, 1 QB Hurry
Carl Kovacs, CB (2.2, 55/57): 107 PPlays, 4 Defensed, 5 Caught, 85.2%
It's not amazing, just an update. Eikanger might be in the running for DROY with the 3 sacks.

After 10 weeks the top 2 look as follows:
Phil Eikanger, DE (pick 2.20, 59/70): 3 Sacks, 18 Tackles, 11 QB Hurry
Carl Kovacs, CB (pick 2.2, 60/60): Fully developed and creeping since 57/57. 3 INTs, 7 Defensed, 13 Caught, 89.4%
Doing very well for two 2nd Round rookies. Kovacs is at 93 M2M and 100 INT, which were the 2 categories that I was looking for. Hoosier used the Stelmack Sorcery and had me going that Kovacs was gonna lose 50 M2M from his projected starting spot.
