Finally ending a horrific 4 out of 5 road game stretch, that saw Oakland drop 4 in a row, the Assassins are home, rested, and ready to forget the last 4 weeks, that got so bad, the 5 days they spend rewriting the game book was "mysterously lost upon arriving in Reno to play the wolfpack. The hard drives used to store the information was also unaccessable, as it appears a very unusual anomaly occured, that caused the hard drives to be erased during the downtime between Oaklands arrival in Reno and the start of the game. League officals are looking into the case, however, because of the nature of the incident, a replay of the game, will not be an option.
The team was outraged, however, they assure us, that they will make sure every team they play from here on out, will pay the price for their fusturation, starting with Texas. More good news is it appears that starting quarterback Gene Hamilton will be back for this game. With Wesley Connell starting to emerge as a serious threat, and Hamilton improving every week, this Oakland team will be a serious threat to win week in and week out. More to come as we aproach game day.
