The league announced that James Tart has been fined for remarks he made in print against Hartford DT Bryce Tan leading up to last week's game. Sources say that the Hartford front office complained to the league following Sunday's dissappointing home loss to Salt Lake.
"We knew something just wasn't right with Bryce. He did not play well in the game [against SLC] and the tears in his eyes in the locker room following the debacle told us all we needed to know. That damned James Tart is menace and we're tired of his antics.", said Harford Head Coach Donnell Mills.
"I'm all for a little trash talk, but to see my wife on that bed of money was just too much," said a tearful Tan. "I want an apology and a fine levied against that classless bastard."
Neither the Salt Lake City front office nor James Tart could be reached for comment.
