MATADOR'S DEBUSSY CAREER ENDING INJURY?

[Hoosier]

Adrian Debussy, the Matador's starting quarterback, is out for 50 plus weeks with a torn patellar tendon. 'This is the second catastrophic injury we've endured in two seasons. First 'Ducky' Mallard is out with vision problems his rookie season, and now our quarterback is out, probably for good.' G.M. David 'Hoosier' Owens.

But, the team has rallied and won three straight with Debussy out. The
Matadors will miss the playoffs...again... and look to be combing through the rookie prospects for another franchise quarterback.

Debussy hands off to Ducky Mallard

[Kobeck]

Mallard recovered I'm sure DeBussey will as well. But he is esentially gone for next season. Could just pick up a Sante like guy for a season, hell Hamilton might be available for a one year deal - lol

Whatever we do, the first thing we do is fire the Strength and Conditioning Coach....:-o:grouphug:

I had my stud rookie C in another league go out for 37 weeks in the middle of the season (In the DFL). After the offseason he came back with 1 week left on his injury. With minimal loss on his bars.

I was surprised he made it back so quick. I was prepared for a season without him.
