Here at Homers Haven, My phone has been ringing all day about a possible deal between Anchorage and out hometown heroes. Im hearing that wide receiver Tim Rhinehart is coming to Tulsa.
ANOTHER wide receiver? Why would Tulsa acquire another receiver? Arent All-World receivers Brick and Andrews enough? Apparently not.
I loved the trade to acquire defensive end Timothy Macri. I thought the T-Hawks were looking for a corner back at their 2nd round pick. Then BAM! Here comes another weapon for Sanford.
Is it true? I called GM Tarcone and asked that exact question. He was silent for a minute then mumbled something about "The best defense is an awesome offense." To me that says it all.
The greatest show on turf just got greater. Sanford may get 5500 yards passing this season.
