Preseason report: Wrap up

While not being pressured to "win now", Oakland has choosen to spend that time wisley to build a very impressive unit of starters, and more importantly, a solid unit of backups as well. Nearly every starter has a backup who can fill in and contribute now. Another impressive example of Oaklands foresight is the long term contracts they have been quietly signing assuring the team of players who will continue to stay in the bay area year after year. While not a threat to win today, the Assassins stand a good chance to be the first, and best example of a Dynasy that the IFL will ever have.
The future starts now, we will see you Sunday as Oakland starts this years campaign traveling to Vancouver.
