GOOD AFTERNOON, TIGERHAWK FANS! This is Tripp Inballz coming to you live from Atlanta, Georgia. Your favorite team has just finished blowing out the division rival Generals and we have have GM Tarcone with us.
T.I.-- Great win by your squad, Tarc. Did you like the results?
T.-- Tripp, that was an outstanding win. We had this game circled on the calendar since week 15 of last season. The team did pretty well today. But we were fortunate to recover 2 fumbles deep in the Generals territory.
T.I.-- Where does the team need to improve?
T.-- We need to stop giving up the big play. That is our defenses biggest fault. We have a let down on a couple plays and pay for it.
T.I.-- How do you improve that?
T.-- The men need to continue to pound away at the opponent. All day. There are some outstanding offenses in this league. A let down can be the difference between a win and a loss.
T.I.-- Were you happy with the offense?
T.-- The offense did some good things. I was happy with the overall play. 3td down efficiency needs some work. But that could be said for most teams.
T.I.-- Your special teams played great. Did you emphasize that during training camp?
T.- We always emphasize special teams. Field position is the most important aspect of winning football games. Look at todays game. Our average starting position was our 45, while the Generals was their 21. Thats huge.
T.I.-- Anything to say to TigerHawk fans?
T.-- This season has the potential to be a great one. But we need the fans to pack the Hawks Nest. Nothing short of a championship season will be a disappointment but we need every fan to get out and be loud.
