The Phantoms official off-season conditioning program kicked off today in Phoenix, Arizona. Long-standing strength and conditioning coach Staff Sargeant Sykes, formerly of the U.S. Marine Corp., took on a new level of intense as he preached to his team the theme of this off-season: Pharewell to the Phlesh!
"Get the fuck up you tired bunch of has beens!"
(team quickly jumps to their feet)
"This year's theme, as you've no doubt read a hundred fuckin' times on your way out here, is Pharewell to the Phlesh!"
"The Phlesh lies gentlemen! It tells you that comfort is what you deserve since you're the Champs. Well you ain't the Champs! You weren't the Champs in 2012 when you waited 9 fuckin' weeks to wake up from that dream and you ain't the Champs now! As of this minute the 2014 season starts and we are not shit!"
"The Phlesh also tells you that you need to get laid... that you need your little dicks sucked. Wrong! Women weaken legs gentlemen and that's all there is to it. None of you pussies are to attempt to get any pussy while we're here. Is that understood?"
