Race to 40k...

It's been a long time since the Phantoms' Tobias Stanfield had any competition atop the IFL all-time passing yards category but racing up close and sure to eventually pass is Lansing's Gene Hamilton. Both are closing in on 40,000 career passing yards and should hit it sometime this season. Stanfield was the league's first to 25k, 30k, and 35k. Can he hold on long enough to be the first to 40k???

Tobias Stanfield: 40,194
Gene Hamilton: 40,164

Stanfield hits the 40k mark first and maintains a slight edge over Hamilton, who is feeling much better right now at 12-3.

i want a good QB. i want a 5 year veteran QB rated 95/98.

QB is way out of my system. In fact I've never been a QB fanboy but I didn't know anything about FOF when the IFL started so I had to take the available stud QB with my 2nd choice (allegedly all-world DT Ed Peacock was my first selection) in place of a more specific strategy.

With the inevitable retirement of Stanfield I'll be trying to do the here-to-fore IFL impossible and build a defense that people actually have to focus on playing against. I fear the result might very well be a waste of many high draft picks.
