After a dissapointing week one loss in which nothing went right for Oakland, the coaching staff made some major changes to the game plan and personnal, and the results were encouraging, if not exceptional! Starting off slowley, Reno built a huge lead by the end of the first quarter, but Oakland never gave up, fighting back the entire game, ony to lose by 4 points to one of the best teams in the league.
"These players never give up, they will fight you inch for inch every single second of the game, I am very proud of these guys, they know they have an uphill battle ahead of them the next couple of years, but they won't quit or back off of anyone!"
And if anyone thinks that Oakland will be picking first in the draft next year, you have another thing comming, the players, the coaches, and the entire city is determined to win every single game this year. Fargo is up on our hitlist for our first win of the year.
