Uhh thats great but if he is so fucking good then why isn't your team producing wins? Who cares how good his stats are, your still going to be picking in the top half of the draft anyway.

that's exactly what i was hoping for. this was a rebuilding year for me, i need a top 5 pick. i don't want to have to waste additional picks having to trade up to aquire an impact player, and with most of the 2003 original guys slowly but surely retiring each future draft will have more and more impact players. winning right now doesn't accomplish anything in my immediate plans. going 8-8, 7-9 the rest of the way will only hurt my team. traditionally the Heroes have been one of those "too good to get a high pick, too bad to go to the playoffs" type teams, normally picking in the 12-18 range. i either want to have a good shot in the playoffs or i want an impact rookie - there is no 3rd option. this offseason i took one look at my D and determined that's not what a championship calibre D looks like, and after I lost Colella and Jose Gilpin unexpectedly retired being only a 10 yr vet i decided this would be a rebuilding year. with 4 1st round picks and about 6 second rounders in the next 2 drafts the Heroes are poised to drastically reshape the look of this team. the guys i get in these next 2 drafts are gonna be the guys on my team 10 seasons from now, when everyone else is complaining that the reason for my success is due to my high cohesion.

everything is cyclical in sports. one decade you're down, the next decade you're up. my time is coming up.

I understand your thinking here, but I would rather have WINS any day of the week then freeking draft picks!! Yea, it's nice to have a Doyle, but good lord, wait till I have to resign him. UGGHH. Can only have a couple of those on your team before your going broke.

Yeah, you are going to have to be real careful with those 2 stud rookie CBs. Of course trading one to me would help your cause. And I like to others.
